Time to reduce the number of tables you play.
If you're break even over 100K, you need to focus on table dynamics, mixing up your style and learning to play better in 3 and 4 bet pots. That is going to be a lot easier playing 1 or 2 tables. I know that won't be easy, coming from 6+ tables, but if you want to get better, you need to get your game in shape.
People play more tables to maximize returns, or because they're bored. Sounds like you're playing that many because you're bored, and playing a style thats probably a bit too straight forward.
As for the tilt issues, I have experienced that and still have problems from time to time. Self control is probably the biggest thing that you need to work on. Once you learn to control the rage that comes from losing pots, you'll find your green line start to go up.
