MW pot - Cbet or not? MW pot - Cbet or not?

6 max loose game, Hero is sitting at 70bb and everyone else has 100bb.

UTG limps, CO Hero isolates to 4.5bb with KK97, BTN calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop (18.5bb): QJ3
UTG checks, should Hero cbet? if yes, how much?
If Hero starts with 100bb instead, would this be different?

Assuming Hero cbets pot, BTN and BB calls, UTF folds.
Flop (55.5bb): QJ3K
BB checks, Hero checks or shove?

Any advice is appreciated

preflop is always a raise, as is the flop. in many ways you are happy to take the flop down there, so 3/4 to pot is fine.

the pot on the turn is bigger than your remaining stack (55.5 bb pot vs 47.5 bb stack), so i think the only option is to jam.

as per being 100 bb as opposed to being 70 bb preflop, the only difference for me might (and only might) be the sizing on the flop. that said, i'm still a little green / wet behind the ears so happy to leave it to others.
