I don't think PPT does 6 card equities but there's an equity calculator for it.
I know this isn't the answer you're looking for but "trial and error" is the short answer. When starting I just grinded and when I got stacked, I'd ask myself "why did I lose this stack here" and "what can I do to play it better in the future". Or even when getting in with little equity and winning, same thing. I just noticed patterns where I'd be losing money or would get myself in sticky situations and I stopped doing those things.

Yeah. Play in position a lot. Try to play for the nuts. Blockers are more important in 6 card because the nuts will be out there more often. Figure out what the pretty trap hands are and never play them.
