K-high flush draws in multi-way pots

Hi all,
If you have decent position (BTN or CO) with a bare K-high flush draw and there's a bet and three calls in front of you, do you call or fold fearing the nut flush draw is out there dominating you?
Let's say you are short stacking and bought in for the min $200 in a $1/$2 five-card game.

If the pot is multiway you need hands that draw to the nuts. K hi flushes aren't the nuts
