Idiot Play On My Part? Idiot Play On My Part?

So, I'm not sure if this was an idiot move on my part and I just got lucky or if this an acceptable play for PLO?

UTG folds, I open from MP with JsQdJh7s. Standard move?

The flop looked good to me but I get check raised and choose to call to see what the turn brings.

Ok, so no pair on the turn and it seems like I have quite a few outs for a straight and maybe my diamonds are good if a flush completes. So, I pot it, with what is a semi bluff and hope for a fold. No luck. When my opponent shoves, I'm so far into the pot now and the SPR is well under 1, so, of course, I make the call.

"UTG folds, I open from MP with JsQdJh7s. Standard move?"

I just noticed that typed that wrong and I can't edit it but the converter has it right.

I opened with JdQdJh7s

Preflop seems a little loose because we are in mp and not too many nut potential in our hand but ok.

Flop I'm ok with betting but also ok with checking as we are not too happy to get it in if we get raised.

Then calling the pot raise on the flop it seems standard though given that we are almost all in we don't get a great price for drawing with sometimes only the straight as out or drawing to chop.

But then if we play this hand at all I don't think we can fold this board
