pokerstars offers HU zoom PLO50 and up, at some daytimes player pool at 50 seems not too reg heavy with some big fish. partypoker offers HU PLO10 and up. traffic seems a bit slow though but youll probably can find someone to play HU at low stakes most times. there are also HU PLO SNG on stars you could play.
