I have been playing PLO for several years now on and off now and am looking at making the jump to HU. I play mainly on Pokerstars so I'm hoping there won't be an issue with traffic, but if you had to play on a different site which one would it be and why?

Is there any reading material that one would recommend for HU PLO? What about any strategy sites or videos that you would recommend? Looking to shift my brain from thinking 6-max to HU so I'm hoping it won't be difficult but I know there are different aspects to the game for sure.

Any other recommendations? I am currently rolled for PLO50, just hoping I can beat the players as well as the rake monster. What is a good winrate for HU PLO in today's poker economy?
