PartyGaming - €0.05 PL Hi - Omaha Hi - 6 players

CO: 111.4 BB
BTN: 14.6 BB
Hero (SB): 100 BB
BB: 192.4 BB
UTG: 26.4 BB
MP: 186 BB

Hero posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has 4 3 A A

UTG calls 1 BB, MP raises to 2.4 BB, fold, fold, Hero calls 2 BB, BB raises to 10.6 BB, fold, MP calls 8.2 BB, Hero raises to 43.4 BB, BB raises to 141.8 BB, fold, Hero ?

Should I go easy with Aces with small cards like these ? What about the fact that they are not even single-suited ? Or bloat the pot ? What is your global strategy please ?

After 601 hands villain is VPIP 23 PFR 15 AFq 45 3bF 5

I would play it like you did. Rainbow aces that have poor side cards do not play well unless they are all in preflop or near it because it is difficult to realize all their equity post flop on many flops.

I like your flat call in the sb and your subsequent back raise once BB comes over the top. Once BB re-raises you can get a significant portion of your stack in pre and then you can go ahead and shove a lot of flops with SPR 1.

I think you played the hand well and once BB raises all in I would call off the rest. Even if BB flipped over his cards and showed you double suited Aces and Kings you would be priced in to call.

I think we 3b AA pre; IP we 3b AA a lot more when not OTB. Flatting not bad though. I think we definitely 4b. That's one of the advantages of flatting AA.
