If you have one hour to study PLO per day.
What is the method that will give the best return for time invested?
I play PLO 2 and 5 and I want move up to 25.
If you are starting from scratch then learn the fundamentals of the game first. There is lots of helpful stuff in the beginners sticky thread at the top of the page for that.
If you have a decent understanding of the basics of the game then I think your best bet is to dedicate that little time to actually playing with a focus on fewer tables and playing the best you know how to, and not so much on volume. Then save a little time afterwards for session review.
