One of the areas I've been struggling with is how aggressively to play aces when I've raised in late position and flopped an overpair + nut flush draw

Commentary:
I checked the river because I wasn't going to fold any better hands out with an all-in bet of just over 1.00 into a 5.40 pot, even if the button was worried about a straight on the board.
Is this hand standard as played? Should I have checked the flop and called down for pot control?
