Poker Stars, $0.05/$0.10 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

    Hero (SB): $13.18 (131.8 bb)
    BB: $10 (100 bb)
    UTG: $19.98 (199.8 bb) VPIP: 28, PFR: 18, 3B: 5, AF: 2,0, Hands: 486
    MP: $5.24 (52.4 bb)
    CO: $11.04 (110.4 bb)
    BTN: $20.63 (206.3 bb) VPIP: 56, PFR: 13, 3B: 2, AF: 1,3, Hands: 136

    Preflop: Hero is SB with A K A 9
UTG raises to $0.35, MP calls $0.35, CO folds, BTN calls $0.35, Hero raises to $1.85, BB folds, UTG calls $1.50, MP folds, BTN calls $1.50

    Flop: ($6) 4 7 3 (3 players)
    Hero bets $5.74

I know this looks like a spew, but is it really? I was really considering my options and felt like i should just pot/call it here, because:

    - UTG play solid tight aggresive. i assume his range does not hit this board exactly like my hand.
    - BU loose passive. he can have any hand here. Dont know anything about his fold2cbet tendencies.
    - SPR for me is 2. UTG and BU are way deeper, so if i pot, UTG has a hard time light calling here. Well, BU obviously can call me here, but i felt like its an ok play anyway.
    - i know my hand is not good at all on this board and i dont block anything. its not like i thought "i has AA, me jam"

But im doubting myself. Maybe im just a spewy ******?

I think IF you decide to 3bet large oop you have to go with it on a low flop like that. you might still get calls from KK hands and fd hands.

The other thing is: You know that UTG plays solid TA and BU with a wide range. a preflop call might be an ok play, too.

    C/f flop.

You certainly dont have to 'go with it.' That statement makes no sense at all and is based on the fear of being outplayed

Your opponents are either as scared of that flop as you are or they're not scared of the flop. The one thing you can be fairly certain of is they're not changing their strategy based on your fear, at least not at this limit.

SPR is too high to jam this board. With this combo I lean towards X/f but there are some other AA combos with decent card removal that you can start betting with (not necessarily potting). AAxx combos with nut club or bare Ac and also those with side cards that block 2p+ and/or straights, straight draws will have a higher betting frequency vs this combo that should have a high X/f frequency

I agree. After sleeping on it for a night i also think this is a x/f. I Would be comfortable getting it in w/ AA55, AcAx5xx, AcAx7xx although thats not too many combos. Obviously also gii w/ better Equity like AAxx with clubs etc...
Its so tempting, because its a locked down low board (except flushdraws)

you have many AAxx here, and it's probably better to bet the overpair when you have A because you block some flushdraws.

like, KQT9 isn't happy on this flop and might fold to a bet.
