Vs SB 3bet and with some aggro history, 4bet could make sense.
But 150bb, I decide to play it in position and just call

My range hits more this flop than his range

I think i made a bad chicken check back here.

Fearing about AAxx that he could have here, especially if he got some gutshot with (AA5x, AA3x) or some FD

But getting myself an Axxx, it's not likely he have lots of AAxx

I think it's a must bet here

River

Straight are entering now.
He shouldn't have tons of straights here, but he could have 3bet some 6789 like sometimes.

He could be vbetting top set too

maybe some ovp / FD turning into a bluff.

But don't think the call is good

I'm quite happy to call river.

If he is aggro and you were considering 4 betting why is the flop better for your range than villains? All the Low/mid suited rundowns hit hard.. Although villain would surely bet bigger OTR/bet the turn with these..

Villain quite often has a worse 2 pair here i reckon
