I think you should probably just fold.

But.

200bb deep with no rake effects... it could be profitable to VPIP, especially given the softness of PLO MTT fields.

Eh looking at it some more, its worse than i initially thought. Even though it has nice blockers + nut potential, we really don't gain anything playing such a weak hand from our utg range.
