I think the idea of a preflop chart in PLO is a bit of a joke, and that's without mentioning how ridiculous it sounds to drop a G on one. For a fraction of the cost (or even free) you can learn enough about PLO hand combinations to play a sound preflop strategy via coaches/ other people or various videos/ websites with good strategy content. Hell, even old PLO books are a good starting point if you're completely clueless.

Other option is the categorization system in Jeff Hwang's PLO books.

Focus on building your mental framework and you will learn how to answer your own questions. This is when your game flourishes fastest. You will certainly need a good equity calc/sim program to get the most out of your analysis.
