Don´t like the 3bet, but certainly no big mistake.

Hey cheers for the reply. Are you saying gii when we CB and get raised? Seems a bit splashy even at spr3 with just QQ+ BD st8 draw. + I disagree with the dislike to the 3b, I think it's an easy 3B. if you run this on pro poker tools Vs say a 20% range with AA removed we hit at least 40% equity on 70% of flops which seems easily good enough to me to 3b. maybe I am wrong..

I’d lead half pot here. Villain will have KK- here and hearts a bit depending on his opening stats.

This board is a good texture for hero to check some of the time, particularly when villain is deeper

I don't think hero is pushing much of a range advantage (or can easily be behind *villain dependent), and while we aren't folding we will often have the flexibility of several good options after seeing what villain does - we can also checkjam commit which might be more attractive than bet/call lines (mostly in terms of avoiding -ev plays on turn when villain flats)

I don`t mind 3betting this hand,i am closer to checking or betting small on flop.

Barreling clubs and cards t or higher on turn would ok.

So with an agro villain maybe better to check/jam, and vs the more passive villain we take the CB line, continuing on the turn with club/broadway. I'm just having a hard time seeing it as any easy call when our CB gets raised if thats what u mean.. possibly being too nitty in that respect.

Bet/fold lines are very delicate given the stack sizes, so you could theoretically bet 1.50 and decide that you aren't getting the right price to play for villain's last ~$11.50 if he jams, the bigger you bet though the harder it is for you to fold because you have too much equity with top pair, backdoor straights and flush and villain can raise a wide range of hands on such a wet texture

Hero has a lot of equity vs hands like any 2 hearts, any 2p, 98xx, many kkxx

1.50 would not be a particularly practical bet size for extracting value from worse hands on this texture, once you bet $2.50 or more I would argue hero is essentially pot-commited to play for the rest of villain's stack if he raises
