No, he knows that's what OP is representing. If he knows for certain that OP has an over-full then both calling and shoving are similar ev's since you get all the money whatever you choose to do. (if you call, OP jams river OOP for less than PSB and if you jam OP calls off) - heck you could potentially save money on an A river against quad aces (not saying you should ever get away from quads, just using your assumption that you know for sure villain has an overfull)

You are trying to gain the maximum value when OP doesn't have an overfull and is bluffing or thin v-betting/protection with A9xx.

At this SPR in general with this action and being IP there is almost zero need to jam turn with any hand in your range.
