Hi,

What do we do in this spot? Villain is 64/20 over 230 hands.

Do we c/f or c/r otf? I do not like my flat there. It opens up turn to a lot of barreling. I called again ott because there are a lot of cards that do not help him but can help us.

As he has played, I think there is most likely mid set plus OESD. Alternatively, could he have there KKxx,AABx and the pot on the river be because I cannot have 47 in my range there?

why would you ever c/raise flop? this board is in general bad for EP range. against higher thinking players I think c/call would be the play here. but here I would probably just bet/fold since it's PLO5 and he's playing 64% of hands so he can def call with worse.

when you get raised it's an easy fold IMO, you have no backdoor draws and even if you did, he could already crush you on this board. after all, if anyone can hit 935r, it's the guy playing 64%.

AAxx almost impossible, you block it and if he 3bets reasonable even less possible. KK doesn't seem reasonable either. two pairs and sets easily.

I think players underbluff enough that you can get away with bet/folding flop, or folding turn. River is definitely a fold.

Just don't make it routine, you aren't flop 2pair+ that often, so you need to defend with marginal holdings occasionally or you'll get run over.

This is my first response on here, so take it with a grain of salt. Depending on what you've observed from the Villains postflop play, your river fold was definitely the right play, considering that the 6 completed some straights and two pairs in a 64% vpip range. This is the challenge with playing opponents who are playing 60%+ of hands. They can easily make two pair out of trash holdings... so one pair is a hard, and most times unprofitable call. The turn call I don't really hate if you think he's capable of making semi-bluffs or overvaluing over pairs, but also, you weren't blocking any cards other than the jack. Good luck!
