BB: 151.45 BB (VPIP: 33.14, PFR: 22.95, 3Bet Preflop: 9.49, Hands: 1,081)
Hero (BTN): 100 BB
SB: 225.16 BB (VPIP: 68.00, PFR: 7.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 105)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 2 A 3 A

Hero raises to 3.5 BB, fold, BB calls 2.5 BB

Flop: (7.5 BB, 2 players) 7 T 4
BB bets 5.22 BB, Hero calls 5.22 BB

Turn: (17.95 BB, 2 players) Q
BB checks, Hero bets 11.46 BB, BB raises to 51.58 BB

V is an aggressive reg.

Anyone raising flop or checking back turn? Seems a variety of lines are possible here.

Flop is better for villains defending range than your opening range so not really raising flop unless for some very exploitative reasons that will depend on villain and how you view his leads, with that being said I'm often calling/ folding my range vs leads on this texture, but some other strategy could be good I'm not certain. Turn you shouldn't expect a lot of fold equity unless villain is prone to bluff lead and give up total air but the more likely scenario is you're getting X/C a tonne here (and sometimes X/r)

where is gutter man?
can`t use them all unfortunately

flop is std call readless (which is your normal condition )
you`re 49% vs tight lead range like (44,77)!cc,T4+,(65+,653+):cc
and 56% vs wider and more capped T4+,cc:Qc+: (T,7,4,JJ-KK),65+:cc,653+

Tbh I also felt vs wide flop lead we can bet turn (esp if he proceed ott a lot) but numbers are:

we are 40% on turn card vs tight range and 48% vs wider range assuming he always checks turn.

if he leads flop wide and keep betting ott w/ QT,QQ we are still jsut 51% vs his check range so yeah you barely can VB.

KKJ8:cc has 57% ott for comparison
8644!cc - 64%

^ That "wide" flop leading range is incredibly strong.

Guess you`re right we could add more pairs+GSs and paired blockers. But then it becomes assumptive bc not many regs lead super wide. And I didn`t want to spend too much time being unsure about it.

You implied we should bet turn, didn`t you?

I think we should raise this flop somewhere between 15-35% frequency

As played, I think checking back the turn is ok but hero should want to bet more often; I did not like the sizing though

IF he`s doing it w/ ton of 2p (betting sets himself) we have 35%,
then less than we need - 31% vs QT+!TT+,J98+: (cc,74+).

But then if he leads flop very wide he will have 2p more freq-ly and its a call yes.
