We'd like to deny shorty's equity UTG and this isn't a board SB should hit a lot. But because there's a straight enabled and SB has some reasonable continues vs pot and call makes me wonder whether checking might be better. Risks a free card in return for sometimes putting SB in the middle and better denying his equity those times. I'm sure to miss some basic NLO logic as well.

I'd either check or I'd bet 1/3 pot. You have nut flush blocker. Someone check-raising here is likely to be quite strong.

I check 2/3 of the time and b/f the rest.

I can't remember which video it was but they were using a solver with AA in a 3 bet pot. This is what was determined, so I hope it helps to give you an idea in regard to the situation you posted.

If the flop is 4,5,6 - bet 80%
If the flop is 7,8,9 - check 100%

In regard to bet sizing, I don't have anything written down.

As I recall it was multiway, like vs. 2 other people. If I happen to run across it again, I'll post the link. If it helps at all, I'm almost positive that it was one of the PLO Mastermind videos on YouTube

I would bet 33%. You have the nut-flush blocker as one of your aces, as well as the backdoor nut-flush blocker. This board shouldn't have hit your opponents very hard, same as you, as you're playing a 3-bet pot. You'll want to look out for the SB most of all, as a UTG raising range/3-bet calling range shouldn't have hit this flop, so a check seems very nitty as the 3-bettor.

If raised, you can definitely peel a turn and re-evaluate.
