I feel like preflop is a mistake in this hand if I feel stuck here. Thoughts on that?
How to proceed on this flop?

Stats:
MP - 72/33
BB - 69/9

Kind of just a lol PLO, high variance spot where you're forced to either bet/gii or crai. Check/calling flop and getting it in on blank turns and making a decision on others can also be viable to balance out your overpair checking range.

If you had specific tight reads you can do something like bet/fold but it looks like you don't here.

Pre is probably marginally bad, doesn't matter too much.

bet gii or c/r gii but since one looks passive i'd opt for bet gii. SPR is not really that high despite how deep we are. would not three bet pre, as we would be blowing up the pot oop deep with a quite marginal hand.

Preflop is standard. Flop is fine either way I think, but would slightly lean towards checking this combo unless villains are passive.
