Preflop really standard open
Im not sure about my flopbet. I decided to bet flop, because gutshot, low cards and backdoor flushdraw.

We turned the straight, but villain is raising. I don't think he ever will do this with only a 4? But i dont have experience on low stakes PLO? Easy fold?

Unknown player minraising with FH, trips, overplayed Overpair, or some combo draw?

IMO I call and reevaluate River.

I see very few thin value min raises in micro stakes omaha. I see fewer min raise bluffs at micro stakes omaha. He's not raising with AA naked, hes not raising AA with diamonds, he's not min raising naked trips. The bottom of his range is probably 56xx here.

Of course others might see it differently.

Thanks for the feedback! I decided to fold, because dont expect a weaker hand than 56xx.

I'm not sure the low cards on the flop are a valid reason to bet, BB is more favoured to hit these sorts of flops.
