I wanted to lower SPR for shove on most boards that aren’t super connected.
You should have made it $170. You are committed and shove or call any flop regardless of how "scary" it is (hint, there aren't any scary boards now).

Button raises pot. Folds to hero. Hero? Haven’t been playing long but villain is a little bit of a tight aggressive player. Amount of opponents with call pre. I am thinking it a rundown hand that could have a wrap. Possibly flush draw or two pair. Is it bad if I folded here?
Depends on the player but I think you're excused for stacking off here usually.

Is it bad if I folded here or should I stack off? If he does happen to have rundown with flush draw. I might have him dominated. Perhaps has straight and flush draws which I’m not doing terrible against. Think I’m a slight favorite. Could have a set of jacks. Bad fold?
In most games I think it's a stack off.
