1st hand: 9T gets there obv so a 1/2 pot is fine
2nd hand: you could go larger but u block a lot of the 64 combos so i like the sizing since we are targeting 2pair hands
River value sizing is very dependant on your opponent of course.
Consider leading the flop hand 1. No-one does it, and that's why it's good. On this particular board texture you can expect a 3bettor to be checking behind fairly often. Sizing on rivers is always very flexible, you don't have to consider denying pot odds, so it's very situational. I rarely bet less than you did here, though.
Hand 2 consider checking the flop. An ace isn't folding, neither are most of the flush draws that have you beat, you don't have that much visibility on turns, and you can ping a 3-out monster, as you did. Sizing on the river is fine, you don't want to be too greedy and get hands like that one to fold.
Great feedback from wazz - you should lead hand 1 at a decent frequency (remember this is co vs btn ranges) and study flop strategy in 2. We don't have to check but you need to have a strong awareness of the implications of different sizings - here the good redraws and lack of nut potential, As well as it not being profitable to call a xr make a strong case for checking - among other factors.
