He did nothing wrong obviously. Is the turn ever a semi bluff raise with multiple gutshots and a nut flush draw.

Beware 'I have a 900bb stack so I'm going to start doing fancy stuff like calling the flop with no pair and a gutshot out of position' syndrome. Raise is better

Very true, and will probably save me some BBs when i stop being a luckbox

In terms of the turn, i think i can get away from it if my raise was smaller.

Turn xr seems given awkward given stacke and villain sizing, i would consider it against opponents who have incorrect frequency ranges though.

Leading turn is still an option, with a hand happy to win now and strong enough to call a raise.

a plan of putting in a bunch of money and then fold 30% equity is never good. you shouldn't be looking to "get away" as if putting in stack as an underdog is the only way of losing money. if you raised to 55c and fold to a shove then unless that raise has looooads of fold equity, the raise itself is sacrificing a lot.

though this hand is a draw it doesn't necessarily make it the most amazing hand to c/r with, we don't block a K, J or any board card so he has the max amount of sets and two pairs in his range - he opened UTG so his hand does skew high and unless we have some read that he double barrels super light, we can't really expect as much FE to make this profitable
