3-handed play currently, villain has $40, hero covers. Hero dealt AQK3in SB. Button folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BB calls.

Flop ($2.85) KQ2

Hero bets ($2.14). BB calls.

Turn ($6.92) Q
Hero bets ($5.19). BB calls.

River ($16.78) 7
Hero bets $12.07. BB raises to $25, with $7 more behind. Hero?

Looking back, I don't like my river bet. BB's flop range is two pair, sets, and wraps. BB's range after calling turn leans towards 22, QQ, KK, KQ, Q2 and rarely some AJT combo.
When thinking about a river bet OOP here, all it would accomplish is encouraging better hands to fold, or getting value from worse hands. The only conceivable worse hands that would call are 22 and Q2. Wraps are not calling any bet. Better hands (KK, QQ) are never folding here, and are always raising. KK or QQ could take the line the V took.

So, to sum, my river bet seeks to get value from 22 and Q2.

When V raises, he is representing QQ and KK, IMO, and maybe even moreso given V left $7 behind, and didn't shove. Alternately, a weak V could be raising with 22, Q2, or even KQ. Is it worth it to call?

Seems like a clear call IMO given the price sitting on the second nuts. You need to be good about 1/4th of the time (roughly). I can see why you would want feedback considering the minority of value hands the BB can raise on the river with after 3 barrels. But I'm sure more than 25% of the time you'll run into someone overvaluing their hand or on occasion firing some ridiculous bluff.

I call this unless I'm certain I'm beat. (Yes, I think it's okay to fold this hand if I am totally certain I'm screwed. It's called a hero fold, folks.)

You're asking if it's worth calling a minraise on the river when literally ONE SINGLE HAND COMBINATION beats you and it's a bvb 3barrell situation

Bruh

Don't like your turn sizing btw

Your play is fine. This flop continuing range is insane; it corresponds to a folding % of 80+ to your c-bet (even before card removal). No one is playing that way. Any turn and river ranges derived from that are useless too.

checking the riv would be awful, unless you're going to check raise all in.

You have the second nut full house. I don't understand what you're worried about.

The BB can't have QQ because you have a Q and there are two Q's on the board.

If villain is repping the QQ, I snap call. If he has KK, it's a cooler so just move on.
