Villain was a solid Reg. Wondering if I should have just folded pre-flop, and then as played if I should have checked the turn. Had a sick feeling I was beat but probably just over-thinking a standard cooler. Being that we were 250bbs deep I'm just wondering if I made a mistake.

sick spot, I think it's close bet/check, but with BB in there I like your line
blocking TT helps when we do gii against CO's AA (which happens frequently here)

it's also possible that CO just leads his AA ott

I think you played fine.After he c/raised turn it`s very unlikely he has some draw or worse made hand but you re basically committed with your hand even against top set.
