Hero ?

Villain is a rather LAG player who has been soulreading me for many hands.

OTT i have maybe 30% equity against sets and made straights and weaker wraps. Do I continue betting, or is ck-r better here for fold equity?

You need to be double-suited to 3b pre.

As played keep firing.

This board is bad for your range and great for the CO range. Perfect spot to chkraise

Bet whatever size you’d bet with T8

Issue with x/r is that the story becomes inconsistent. Like you aren’t firing KKQJ on this board, you’re more likely check calling.

So this board is no longer “bad” for OP’s range because his range isn’t just his 3 bet range now. It’s the portion of his 3 bets that bet this flop. And those hands like this turn card a lot.
