I would only bet the 3rd one, although I can see some merit in betting #2 as well for protection and to fold out bare jacks/77/88/99/TT.

Definitely not #1 since we hate to get c/r'd with that hand and have some showdown value on a lot of runouts.

This, but like many questions I see in this forum there is missing information that can swing it either way.

How deep are we and villian? How often does villain open the SB? How often does villain limp the SB? How often does villain raise a c-bet? What's his aggression factor?

100bb deep with no reads I'm betting half pot and calling a raise with all three.
