1 gap run down, preflop and flop ok? 1 gap run down, preflop and flop ok?

I'm reviewing some of the hands where I lost money and comparing to PLO Matrix which I just signed up for. I'm curious to hear opinions on the following:

1- Preflop fold? PLO Matrix rates 10986 ss a fold against the CO open (on BTN). I probably shouldn't 3bet this but decided to try it (which is a mistake) Only 3 hands history with villain so no reads yet (except VPIP of 67%). I'm surprised this is a fold preflop but I'm assuming that's cause it's single suited due to the rake in micro?

2- Flop: Top pair, gut shot straight and flush draw. Is this a call? The high $amount of cbet made me feel that villain may be trying to push me out of the pot. Is this a mistake?

3- On the turn I really put myself in a tough spot. SPR of just over 1 with two pair, gutshot and flush draw but not the nut flush. Villain didn't 4bet preflop so I'm ruling out AAxx. Could have KKxx, QQxx, rundown 9876? I have blockers on the run down and based on the betting I don't feel that I'm up against a straight here or a full house as I doubt the villain would be potting each street but the whole range I put villain on is ahead of me so far. I really was thinking fold but because SPR was just over one I made the call.

In all friendliness (though it may not sound like it), this may be the single worst line to take postflop with this combo.

I don't think you should do it, but continuing on the flop makes way more sense as a raise with the 88/85 blockers. But you shouldn't be continuing at all. Villain has a 5 like every time. Just take the 0 EV fold instead of the -EV continue.

Turn is spew. They don't have enough stack to fold, and you don't have enough equity to continue.

Preflop isn't, like, a huge problem. It may be a fold strictly speaking, but this kind of combo can make a lot of money in these games (especially if you isolate with the 3bet). Double-suited is obviously better, but I don't think 3betting preflop was a huge mistake.

haha, this sounds friendly to me! I lost this hand so want to learn from my mistake. I was definitely feeling lost during the hand so makes sense I completely misplayed it.

How do you figure villain has a 5 here? Is it the donk pot bet? If they do 1/2 pot do you follow your line of a raise? How much would you raise?

Thanks for the help!

Flop call optimistic but don't hate it, we have some good turn cards. But villain donking into this texture is very worrisome since we expect villains to check here much more often - aside from some garbo 67xx, 97xx stuff, we are in bad shape, will run into bigger flush draws, 8x and overpairs. We really want some evidence of villain making bad donks in other spots to asses how profitable a call is, especially since it is pot-size.

On turn we still really can't beat much - 67 got there - even if villain keeps blasting off his entire range that leads flop hero might have 25-30% equity at best. We really only want to stack off here vs maniac. Villain might get a couple bluffs through but its unlikely we enough have enough equity to continue.

Pre flop best street, calling or 3bet mostly fine at this level. Matrix is obviously right, in it's own way, but in it's universe CO isn't opening 6653r and if CO is transported to a universe that happened isn't calling 3bets with it. Probably the worst problem with 3bet is it allows SB to just shove QQ+.
