But twodimes tells me he got 45% Equity on the flop! What am i missing???
All he has is a naked FD, with some weird BD boatdraws...
Obv i believe the machines, but this hand made me thinking.
Villains raise (which i thoguht was bad if i wasnt BT) is extremely profitable.
I do often consider to throw away sets in these situations. And if he got 45% vs the nuts....wow...

He got over 35% just on flush draw, the rest is backdoor boats.

He has around 40% from the flush draw, 3% from the bd flush draw and 2% from bd boat...

yeah, my fault, didn't even see teh backdoor flush. Omahahahahahaha draws ftw.

No big deal, but my simulator (Wilson) shows 42174 wins for Villain with flush, 2812 wins for Villain with full house, and 127 wins with quads, starting after the flop. ~45.1%

Hero wins 54659 with straight and 228 with straight flush. ~54.9%

That's out of 100,000 simulated turns and rivers after the given flop.

No. I think I have four of Wilson's discs. I have never sold any of them. That would not be a thing I would do. I use at least one of them almost daily for this or that.

fwiw, i really do think you're nice and reasonable, and it's pleasant to have a moderator who's not a petty tyrant (not referring to anyone at 2p2 in particular -- just saying that they're out there). i was hoping that my comments went beyond a back-handed compliment.
