very true but I think the important question when playing 6max rush is how do we weight a superior hand in the villains range here?? Obviously you can avoid being crushed by nitting it up but that will prevent a winrate from occuring based on modern 6max play, right?

Haha, I like to err on the side of aggression coming from low stakes. Letting chips roll is perhaps the defining characteristic of my short hand game. Ofc that'll probably lead to insane variance and a brain tumor by 35

Lets busto the bankroll which incidentally comes from my student loans. Lets take ridiculous shots. Lets be crazy and shove preflop with any 4 cards at PLO600 and live to regret it all.

2011 I will not be letting the chips roll completely. I'ma be a bankroll nit.

haha, ummm ok. FTP is my experimental account with less than $200 or so. Tonight's VROOOM rush is pushing it up over 600 so I'll probly transfer to stars and take serious shots at deep 10PLO/25PLO. FTP is strictly for fun/shot taking though. just so happens this shot is panning out.

just played a few hands against Barny Boatman. Um he's a pro, any good at 100PLO Rush or is he still learning the 6max rush gig?

Provo, that T987ss on the Q98ss flop is a check back on the flop and I dont think its close at all. Its pretty much the nut check back hand in your range (IMO).

Been taking a break. Still undecided though Im putting in some hands here and there.

Anyone take advantage of the $100 full tilt point bonus? Cant say Im too thrilled with the direction FTP is going in.

Ouch! That's pretty rough for 3 days, not abnormal, but still sucks.

Yeah, used points for a 2k bonii, was gonna do that anyways though, but extra 100 is always nice.

Tbh, I actually like where FTP is going if they go ahead with the new tier. Obv just a stepping stone, but the direction seems right. If they'd just prevent rat-holing at Rush, I'd be pretty happy.

Hey, can anyone tell me how soft the plo100 rush tables are at ftp compared to the stars plo100 tables?
Vroom-regs strategy and banter thread Quote
01-04-2011 , 01:30 AM
In all honesty, for 100bb tables I think 40bb minimum is fair. I mean, it obviously isn't ideal for the 100bb'ers but to put a 60bb+ minimum poses too great a restriction imo. Deep rush anyone? 100-250bb would be pretty awesome though I dont anticipate this happening any time soon.

As for the introduction of a new tier, the raising of the ftp store prices counteracts any real benefit this produces. This obviously benefits the mass grinders but the negative impact it has on the recreational player exceeds the benefits it poses.

anyone investigated the low-mid stakes euro sites?

Rush tends to get deep already no?

deep rush is geared more towards raising the minimum buy in rather than maximum

Rattled, is that ur understanding of a huge beat? (u got 2 tens, obv, but still...) Not sure about crushing, we haven't played too many hands lately, have we? 4-tabling confuses me sometimes, lol. I do remember playing couple big pots today, but other than that...

Avee, I think it's much more important to prevent rat-holing, taking the money off the table is just unethical. Personally, I'd find it much easier to tolerate the 40BBers if they couldn't go south on me. I'd absolutely love deep rush, but am worried that the fish would stay at the regular rush tables.

Nothing comprehensiveon eurosites, sorry.pokerscout.com can give u an idea.

Definately agree that taking money off the table is unethical. The greatest feature of the regular PLO tables is the 30 minute rule.

Ive checked out pokerscout though I was after some first hand experiences of it. Recallme is one of the reasons Im examining them. Some of the plays Ive seen by opponents on some of these euro networks make me wanna lick my chops
