whoops...i apologize for not using the pokerhand formatting....that being said...my read on him in this situation was 100% correct...and i was leaning heavily towards c/r turn...but figured i can get value from all his bluffs..as well as his folds when i c/r the river.....that being said...i should have remembered he doesn't fold.

Yeah, I've def paid the price trying to rep strong hands against the guy. Just concentrate on value vs him and you should be fine. It's not like he NEVER folds, but you should avoid going for the marginal bluffs.

Ok....I realize this isn't a vroom related post but whatever; here it goes:

I expect that I have about 90 days (+/- 30 days) until online poker becomes blacked out in the US for 15 months. Within this 90 days, I need to save up 30K$ + interim expenses in order to have proper fundage to move to Brazil for 15 months so that I can keep playing. Moving to Brazil was my plan prior to hearing about the law that is likely going into effect, but I was expecting to have twice as much time to raise the loot. 30K is a relatively arbitrary #, but i feel like it would be the optimal starting amount to work with. My question is this: how long do you expect until they start a RUSHPLO200 game? and are there any americans that wanna come join me? I'm fluent in portuguese and expect to be able to procure a nice beachfront house with good internet for under 500$/mo per person. I know this is a totally random/ridiculous post for this thread; I'm kinda freaking out about how abruptly this news was released. PM me if you're interested or want more details.

Are you guys sure you're not jumping the gun here? Stars and Tilt are likely to keep operating normally IMO, they'll just be super-strict with deposits to not allow Americans and piss of DOJ. Existing accounts with money left in them will most likely be able to continue, it would really surprise me if the big two were forced to boot all of you yanks upon the bill becoming an act.

It'll be a ****** situation even if they allow us to play but not deposit. Im pretty sure USA makes up some 50ish % of the player base so the games will get horrible. Pretty sure would have euro site access in the bahamas so if players cant deposit it doesnt seem like a bad idea.

as I understand it, there will be a 15 month blackout of all US IP addresses by the major poker sites that wish to be able to operate legally in the US in the future. This probably won't begin until two months after the bill passes - which it will.

Does anyone know of a program that will cover that little strip when you sit down which shows a summary of your cashier? I really dont wanna know for a week or two at a time but I cant sit down and make myself not look for >2 days.

You mean when you sit at the table? I have same problem but i solved it by just looking away and clicking enter everytime i joined a table and it buys u in without having to look near the numbers and click.

What is going on with rush? I feel that in the last 2 weeks or so, the level of 'nittyness' is ridiculous. Barely getting 30% players to flop and flop is either c/f or c/r. It seems they either want to get as much money in the pot as possible or just fold
