I am wondering if this is a good bluff on the turn. On a board like this, I'm assuming having top pair isn't getting the job done, but I block the diamond nut flush, as well as most straights with my two tens. Still not super confident on when I can bluff, thought this was an opportunity too.
Hand 2:

Typically this is a hand I want to fold pre, but wanted to see if I could steal the blinds and was double suited so thought it was a good candidate. Next time might be better to raise higher to achieve that goal. As played, I just call the flop, but after review I think I want to raise as it's certainly conceivable that the blinds are defending with low cards and have something like 35xx or 56xx. On the turn, BB bets small, I raise as a straight doesn't get there, and get called. Maybe a larger raise here? And then get a 3 on the river so a lot of the straights get there, but the BB bet small enough that my pot odds were too good to fold a set, and so I call. In review, I'm thinking that I need to raise larger on the flop.
Appreciate the feedback. on hand 2, do you open pot in every position? I thought i could size down my raises a bit from the button to try to steal the blinds, similar to nl

You could but if the blinds are reasonable you want to maximize fold equity because equities run closer than in NL. In other words stealing the blinds is more valuable.
