If v is an exceptionally tight 3bettor I could see calling river? You're just going to be folding two pair that beats AAxx a lot here if you're folding this hand. Which depending on how the villain thinks could be a hand they are bluffing with fairly often here. Also don't mind checking back pair + oesd otf.

i think villain might have some hands that he wants to bluff on the river but i just rarely see a bluff with this sizing in this spot
