I am curious where you play OP, if you don't mind sharing. 5c is very popular in Florida around Miami and DC/most of Maryland. Baltimore only spreads 4c.
Big adjustments: not all AA are worth playing for stacks, and some made hands go down even more in value, like mid/bottom sets and two pair, redraws are more prevalent too and the risk of getting freerolled goes up so you have to be even more cautious with naked straights.
