The zoom timebank still starts at 30s, you get more after playing for a while but starting at 60s instead of 30s would be nice.

Because if you have a few decisions or a disconnect early on in your session your out of timebank very quickly. I time out pretty often when im thinking through decision due to lack of timebank.

It doesn't really slow the game down either as everyone who wants to fold and move on to a new hand can, only the players left in the pot are slowed somewhat.

I'm fairly satisfied with the current timebank, but have no problem asking for more if that's what most people want. Speak out, gents!

My current plan is to suggest a 215$ 6max PLO re-entry (roughly what the last poll favored) for Sundays, feedback on that would be welcome too.

Ask if Canadians will still be allowed to play come movember. Rumors are swirling that Canada is next to go (very soon) from the pokerstars player pool

I can ask, but I'm almost 100% I wouldn't be allowed to announce that

I just played my first session at 10/20 zoom and it was an absolute joy compared to 2/5 where I'm constantly struggling for time and having to re-join the pool to refresh time-bank.

The game doesn't run that much slower because the only people slowed down are the ones still in the hand who haven't fast-folded.

The problem is I'm not going to risk getting in to a 400bb decision with no time-bank so I feel I have to reset stacks when I run out of time-bank and I'm deep.

Ivanhoe makes the point it is supposed to be a fast game but my counter-argument would be that increasing the time limits to the timing used in the high stakes zoom pool would not hugely alter the playing experience for most people because of everyone simply fast-folding their way out of hands so much.

Can we get an idea of Pokerstars stance on this from one of the reps?

Is it worth making a poll to show where the majority opinion lies?

Tons of support for higher time-bank at 2/5 culminating in Pokerstars nick saying he would look in to it

The key here is for stars to slap a nice guarantee on it. If they slap a $500k guarantee on it, they'll probably hit it, but I would guess wouldn't come close without the guarantee

Just an idea: Have stars offer HU PLO SNGs the same as NL. So regs could battle out for the 1k, 2k, 5k HU sngs just like goes on with NL.

Make it a 200r so we Dont get kicked in the **** with rake when we fire a bunch of bullets playing #aggr0 (re-entries are cancer) and we can play deeper when rebuy ends , which makes for better structure

lol if u have problems with disconnection, a higher timebank isnt the solution

otherwise we should work on decreasing the timebank in live games and not increasing online timebankes
yey ure right, only one guy influenced by ur thinking process but zoom is a fast game and i hate it when people think forever...especially when im bluffing and they hit the call btn with like 2 seconds left

So... no reasonable counter argument???

Guess GGARJ is asking for a larger starting timebank in zoom games then.

I also think there could be improvements on how disconnecting effects timebank. I never really have a problem with timebank unless i disconnect.

This is actually a good point, any counter-arguments?

Would be great to get the above mentioned tournament - especially if they get the guaranteed up there. But am I the only one thinking that it's kinda weird, that we don't have any high stakes tournaments for PLO? For instance like a super tuesday kinda thing (1050 buy in). You could even go higher i think. Would like to see a 2k weekly tournament - im sure it would have a decent turnout every week, and would generate alot of action on the tables.

never understood why it's such a big deal to introduce more tourneys. I'm sure there are enough ppl who don't even care about garanteed price pool - I'd even prefer a tourney w/50 ppl over 300 because it won't last the entire day/night. in addition offering satellites to mix the player pool should be easy to implement.
GGARJ, would be cool if you could get a statement on Stars' position .

If people want a weekly exclusive high stakes MTT with a 4-figure buy-in, I can obv ask. My "read" on Stars' position is that they wanna take their time testing the liquidity for PLO MTTs and bring out higher buy-ins gradually.

I'll let them know a more aggressive approach is desired.

Think both from the "rakeMany$$$" and from the "satisfy teh fish" perspective stars is unlikely to introduce a hsplo mtt for 50 ppl. 215 reentry is probly your best shot

Why not both? You have to remember the satellite issue - people will play those as well, which will add to the amount of players involved. Another thing is, if you say its "only" 50 (would think 100+, but lets see), how much cash game action will that generate? Alot imo.
