[LOW] SPR < 2 Postflop - Is There A Better Way?

So this is a broad question and thought, but after another session where I lost 1.5 200BB buy-ins, I had the thought to put a filter in PT4 and see how my results compared when I actually made it to the flop with a real SPR. In the micro PokerBros games I play right now, I get to the flop against fish with just absurd SPR's and then there's no choice but to put them in, IMO. Comparing the results:
No SPR Filter:
SPR > 2:
So what is there to do about this? Am I reading too much into the filter I used? It just seems like there should be a better way. We 3b for value or to iso, but then we have no defense after the flop.
