I usually dont play PLO because I suck at all ins, but I saw a couple known whales at the table and figured I would sit in.

500PLO - I have between $800-850.

CO and BB are both $700ish deep.

CO opens. Hero has AA83r and flats (didn't want to 3bet bad aces this deep, even IP). BB squeezes pot. CO folds. Hero 4bets (I didn't want to flat and have to fold most runouts). BB calls.

Flop is Jd72d. Villians donk leads pot and Hero jams the rest. I didn't have the Ad but once of the other cards was a diamond. I just felt AA was too strong on this board to fold with like a 1.2SPR.

i think you played it perfectly. your reasoning for flatting and then backraising is all sound imo, the cold 3b oop gave you a window to go for raw equity.

BB squeeze is also likely gto, not sure his call of a very AA-heavy 4bet range oop is too. I´d assume it´s more a fold.
On the flop there is no play left.

Not sure about exactly BB 3 bet frequencies especially in this somewhat unusual config with the limper and the flatter. BB has more incentive in general to flat than SB, but I think his hand plays fine as a peel against the four bet. If it is a losing call it is not by much.

Standard, but often you will be a dog vs 1 pair and FD.

That said plenty of players will just donk into you with any dry piece so the snap rejam is kind of universal.

So, I did some work on this and it looks like solver wants to just call the rainbow version of AA83 at 150bb deep, but will repot as hero played if we are 100bb effective. It's basically 0ev difference though so not a mistake. I am very surprised here, but villain is a pure call with A678ds.

So, yes, very well played by both.
