Lol dude you dun't get it, all in Ev is a fraction of variance involved in poker. Stop making a big deal of running bad just because of allin ev there are many other variables besides allin ev, especially late in tournaments. Like getting coolered with kk vs aa or being put at a very tough table and many others obv.
Variance takes form in many ways.
