New to omaha but it seems like a reasonable fold :O
Let's say the cards were up and the three of us all were all in and he could either call or fold with 12 dollars in the pot.
For the major sidepot with me, he will put in 125.40 to win 250.80, but he only has an expectation of getting 124.14, so that's -1$ in EV.
For the second sidepot threeway with K543ss he has to put in 48.35 to win 145.05, but he only has an expectation of getting 41.77, so that's another -6.5$ in EV.
For the main pot fourway he has to put in 27 to win 156, with an expectation of 33.54, so that's a positive 6.5$ in EV.
So even if he 3-bets, everyone turns their cards face up and moves all in, the expectation of calling all in with crappy aces is -1$. A lot of this has to do with the other two tards in the pot having all my outs, it kills one card from K-9 each and also four spades. Obviously not a good result for AAQJds with spades.
Another way to look at it would be if he assumed I had any AAxx, and the other two tards have a reasonable range of holdings. Then it would probably still be a call but who knows. There's no way to put me on specifically good AAxx or anything.
