I'm in the same situation like you. I registered to FT through a poker forum in 2004 when nobody knew about RB - well at least not me. I tried to talk to the forum guys to make them to handle with FT about that but of course they don't give a ****.
If you didn't register through an affiliate just downloaded straight from fulltilt.com, email them and there is a good chance that you will get RB. Or you can email Cardrunners if you wanna register through them - they might do it faster for you.
If you registered through an affiliate back in time then you are ****ed.
You can still email FT and they might put you on a waiting list where they randomly (looks to me) chose people and start to give RB them.
I've been in this situations for years now - nothing happened - so **** FT i'm not playing there just a few tourneys occasionally.

k thx... i was registering there like year or 1.5 year ago, and i just registered there without no bonus or affiliates promocodes... maybe i should mail crdrunners... still i just want to register a new account...

I registered there years ago with no affiliate but I never deposited any money either, just played freerolls and stuff. Then I forgot all my info, including whatever email I used for the sign up. Using a new computer I made a new account with rakeback and new sn. Never had a problem after that. Planning on playing there more I emailed them and told them all that to make sure I could cash out and they said my old account had been closed for inactivity and everything was cool as long as I didn't make any new accounts. just sayin'
