SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

    Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 7 J A 8

fold, fold, CO raises to 3.5 BB, BTN raises to 12 BB, fold, Hero raises to 39.5 BB, CO calls 36 BB, fold

    Flop: (91.5 BB, 2 players) 3 Q 7
    Hero shoves

CO is tight in early positions but raises CO 30%+. BTN is playing maniacally this session 3 betting almost every time he is BTN. I am willing to get this hand in pre vs BTN. I guess I don't really have a great plan if CO 5 bets. (But my hand looks like AA only here and I think he only ships AAxx).

Thoughts on 4 bet at these stack sizes given my read on the BTN?

Does anyone have any graphs they can show me about the swings of PLO. I have only managed 6000 hands since I started and know that is no where near enough to understand the potential swings on my bankroll. I am playing at the micros with the little I have in my account and don't want to under estimate the potential of a down swing to me playing.

      Cheers.

Here's a simulation of 20 "players" with a 2.5bb/100 winrate on 100k hands. (180bb/100 std dev, which is realistic for plo) You can play around on the website yourself.

I've always felt like 200 std dev is low for omaha...

It's always hilarious to look at graphs like that though and realise that there are so many players out there that actually have only played a few hundred k hands, and its pretty much the light blue guy explaining to the maroon guy why he is playing badly.

Std dev is 180BB when it should be 180bb , or BB = bb ?

BB=big blind, not big bet. In this case.

So I was bored and decided to 6-table No Limit Omaha Play Money tables.

Basic strategy: Open shove every hand, no matter how deep you are.

      Brag: Variance lol

      This month only:

Pretty solid evidence re: Poker as a game of skill, no?

      How the **** do you have a negative redline . . .

Were there people jamming 150% of hands pre?

The entire sample does contain some hands were I actually tried to win, and this month´s sample only contains open jamming galore.

No clue how my red line can become negative when doing this.

I guess I must have folded a hand or two by mistake.

But why do you waste time on that if you don't test winning strategies or software setup during that? Winning play chips is still more satisfying than losing them, isn't it?
