Just won 8 buy-ins in 19 hands, because people call river bets with non nut flushes and people go all in for 250bb on the flop with a set of 5s on 45J. I had the set of Jacks for a 500+ BB pot yeuh.

nice job getting paid, MP seems terrible

I lost a 14 buy in pot yesterday at 50 to suckout which is quite painful as my roll is only on 67. I should probably get HEM so I can post hands and ****. Sometimes when I play I am thinking 'I wish people could see how ****ing sick good I am at this game'

Why HEM? You can find the raw HH in the file by searching for the words 'show down', 'all in', hand types, pot sizes and winnings, and use PPT for equities. Don't give up, HEM is far from seducing you.

Sure on paper it seems like "learn the game with most fish" would be the right way to go, but I don't think I've put as much effort into any other poker format with such bad results.

...but this isn't the first time I'm saying this. It always goes the same way, have a few winning months at other games to regain confidence and then go back to trying to learn plo thinking "how hard can it be, huh?" and then hating life again. See you at the tables in few months!
This!!!!

But now I'm sick of the game, So I'm going to get drunk now

Having said that, def gonna play some TCOOP events, especially the main event. Should be a nice gambool
because all these midstakes nl regs are making .30-.50c a hand prerakeback with (compared to plo) no variance

Actualy, this was probably the biggest net. Bad gambling play by me but whatever - was so positive the one guy had aces and the other guy had VPIP of 74 so he had whatever cards.

Ugh, had my biggest downswing ever, -$55k in like 90 mins at 25/50 cap.....

Won about $35k back just after, but games are like wtf swingy. Gonna take a weeks break to get some perspective, been grinding so hard lately. I think I underestimate the variance in these games...

Well was playing quite a lot of 2/4 on FTP before it went down. Lost quite a lot of my roll when they went offline which set me back. Then got money on PS and was grinding up from 1/2. Around early 2012 was playing 2/4 and 3/6. Didn't play that much in early 2012 since I had final year exams of university to sit. Then in Summer through in some 5/10 and moved up a bit, rinsed a lot of 10/20 short games from August onwards and when FTP came back on played lots of 5/10 and 10/20 and last couple months I have been playing quite a bit of deep 10/20 and in Dec playing 25/50 cap.
But yeah, maybe 2-3 years ago I had an emotional attachment to the money at the table, but now I am numb to it. I still get tilted when I lose a lot though (who doesn't).
      /History

When was i refusing action? ^^ I've always been an action junky. Only people I refused are those that have history of h/running that aren't uber bad and those that are mega nits/slow nits - more related to features of a player's character and things they might do to tilt me rather than skill level. There is like maybe 2 people atm that sit HU I probably wouldn't go out of my way to play although 1 of them I feel like I would have reasonable game if we stayed 50-150bb.

Heh, dn't think that is gonna happen soon.

It's funny how you get all the railbirds on FTP though. Since PS doesn't let you use chat if you don't have enough $ for 1 buyin you don't see it over there.
