Disclaimer: I almost never play online.

100BB deep there is no chance that I fold this to a river re-raise on a board where my hand is under-repped and there are tons of missed draws out there. Granted, I assume that the population at PLO25 Zoom rarely bluff these spots, however we are only beat by KK and I assume many KK hands will continue betting on the turn.

Almost always. Tons of draws blanked and players bet turn kk more often than not here. And it is only 40bb.

No one folds there unless you're playing the nittiest of nits.

Not really sure that missed draws are really relevant to the question posed. PF raiser has simply c-bet, which he should do almost always on that flop and checks the turn with a huge part of his range. When the board pairs on the river he calls with AA, maybe even AK, it is the sb's missed draws that would make that call likely correct. The raise obv repping complete air or exactly KK, so would get called 100% imo.

Given 44 is the nuts not KK and this is Omaha a raise also represents 44. Still a clear call.
