Should I be shoving this river? Should I be shoving this river?

Yes, it is.

Since this thread is active and I think this is a very simple answer, how did I play this hand? Is AAAxss just a fold? I had the equity once the cards were flipped over, but that's not the whole story of course.

It's fine. In fact getting all your money in pf with aaa is the best outcome. And having a 4% equity edge (your specific situation) in a 3 way pot is not trivial.

Yeah you're a bigger favorite with aa versus two random hands but at least with trips you eliminate the possibility of the one of the two other people having aces. Two people having aces in a multiway pot is the one situation where aces tend to lose equity pf.

For instance.
ProPokerTools Omaha Hi Simulation
600,000 trials (Randomized)
Hand Pot equity Wins Ties

ahad3h28.83% 108,287129,366

Not enough to justify folding suited aa in a multiway considering the crap people will get in with. Unsuited aces, however, fall off in value very quickly as more people enter the pot.
