Cant really argue with this. However, im raising for 2 reasons

1. If he is potting into multiway field, he has very strong hand/draw that is unlikely to fold

2. Raising to avoid going multiway to the turn. Folding out a wrap would be great since nearly half the deck brings in a straight

We don't want a wrap to fold. Yes, we want to charge it by raising, but that doesn't mean it's a good thing for us if a wrap folds. Against KQJ32 we're ~60% and that's for both cards, and they're not getting the river for free neither are they getting good implied odds. When we raise and get a call and the turn completes the low end of the straight we should be barrelling.

If they folded that specific hand its actually good because they are folding out more equity share than the pot odds are being offered

That's true but they're only paying for one card, we get to charge them again on the turn.
