Really lost here, on 1 hand we have great eq vs a 2 pair type hand, but we could also easily see a draw that dominates us. Should I just accept I'm gonna get it in bad sometimes but overall we doing well enough to get it in?

Is betting flop standard or should I consider checking?

ya being CO here with this type of hand I'd feel like an idiot if I didn't valuebet flop. I've been tightening up (read: spewing less) on multiway flops like this lately, but this is a clear flop bet to me. If you run into a set you're still in fine shape as noted by the gangstas above.

Kind of a crappy spot here because of who raised us. I see no option than to just bet call though. We're probably breakeven with pot odds against BTN's overall range.

Betting flop seems mandatory though, because we're never getting raised light by the BTN with two shorties to act and we can fistpump ship against either shorty's check-raise.

The villain is raising us here with everyone still to act, so we can't view his actions like a HU pot. I think you're dominated here most of the time. If it was HU to the flop I don't mind but I think he's never getting it in with just a medium flush draw or dry two pair when pot is 4way.

"sometimes" is an overstatement i think. the only hands that have us completely crushed is TTxx with higher diamonds or soemthing like 9TJK with K high diamonds.

having top pair here makes a small difference and for me, it's probably the difference between betting and checking. he's less likely to have TT and if he has 88xx, we at least the option of a BD FH.

he has a lot worse pair + combo draws in his range. imo b/c > c/c. barring a very good read, b/f is too tight.
