Since we're so deep, I 3bet the AKT6 every time if we are double suited to the A & K. I may hesitate and not 3bet as much if we're double suited to the A & T though it would still be mostly 3bets. I 3bet more often with a 5, maybe all the time or close to it in both situations

AKT6ds is actually a tiny tiny bit better than AKT5ds (it's better at flopping good straight draws); they are identical for all practical purposes. 3b every combo of either.

I'd probably cold call, though folding wasn't bad either. We can expect to go 3 ways a lot if we cold call, and we'll just mostly be set mining. 4 betting is bad into an opponent we consider "psycho", we don't flop well often enough and can't stand a 5bet. It's basically somewhat of a low equity semibluff to 4bet.

Calling seems gross as our hand isnt the best multiway and we still have the tight guy to act behind us so personally I lean towards folding but would love to hear more opinions

Oh yuck. UTG's range is super strong here and BTNs is supposed to be even stronger, you're going to run into AA,KK combos a lot. I'd probably fold given there is decent chance UTG 4bets and BTN jams or some combination of. I'd call if I was a psychic and knew UTG was flatting.
