If I was trying to play HU PLO where variance is super high and fold equity is very important I just wouldn't go looking for reasons to fold quads.
Now you probably don't post unless he has QQ, so given that ... sure, fold.
You might also be trying to work out what he plays this way that isn't QQ, and while somewhat reasonable ... you have quads, so call.
Maybe he has KKQ and assumes he's good, or even much worse and decides you just don't have anything because you repped every street. I find it hard to believe the donk lead for 14 into 64 is good, your sized raise to 40 is better but I'm not sure it's the best size.
As PPG said your turn bet is weird, do you just fold if he raises here?
So anyway, to repeat, everyone clicking buttons and you have quads ... so don't fold.
