Title is self explanatory, what are the best sizes to use when raising on different types of boards? Lockdown paired, dynamic straight, mono tone etc. The material I've studied so far has only gone through pot size. And a very small % of half pot sized raises. Is the size largely determined by ratio of bluffs to value in your range? Or is it determined by the board type?
